" Japan's prime minister expressed his ""strong indignation"" Friday after an American working on a U.S. military base in Okinawa was arrested on suspicion of abandoning the body of a woman who disappeared last month.

The arrest sparked outrage on Okinawa, where anti-U.S. military sentiment is high because of a heavy American troop presence. It could fuel further opposition to the relocation of a U.S. Marine Corps air station on the southern Japanese island, a long-delayed project that Abe has been trying to push forward in the face of large protests.
Police said Kenneth Shinzato, 32 Nike Air Max Plus TN Ultra Men's White Black , was arrested Thursday after he was questioned and investigators found the body at a location he provided, a forest in central Okinawa.
Investigators determined that the body is that of a 20-year-old woman missing since April 28, when she messaged her boyfriend that she was going for a walk.
Police said they suspect Shinzato was also responsible for her death. He has not been charged.
In Washington, Defense Department spokesman Peter Cook said the man arrested was a U.S. military contractor. ""This is an appalling tragedy,"" he said. The U.S. military extends its ""deepest sympathies to the people of Japan Nike Air Max Plus TN Ultra Men's Blue , and express our gratitude for the trust that they place in our bilateral alliance and the American people.""
Kyodo News service said Shinzato used to be a Marine.
State Department spokesman John Kirby said the U.S. military was cooperating fully with local authorities in their investigation. ""This is a terrible tragedy and it's obviously an outrage,"" he told reporters in Washington.
Okinawa Gov. Takeshi Onaga said he was ""outraged"" and that the death of the woman broke his heart. ""As I look back at all the developments to date, I'm simply speechless,"" he said.
Onaga has spearheaded opposition to the relocation of U.S. Marine Corps Air Station Futenma from a densely populated neighborhood in central Okinawa to another site on the island, saying the facility should be moved away from Okinawa instead.
Foreign Minister Fumio Kishida summoned U.S. Ambassador Caroline Kennedy to convey his ""regret"" over the crime.
Kennedy said: ""Nothing that I can do or say will make up the loss or to bring her back Nike Air Max Plus TN Ultra Black , but I want to express to you my determination and that of my military colleagues to cooperate fully with Okinawan police and the Japanese government, and we will double our efforts to make sure this will never happen again.""

A news video taken undercover at a factory last week revealed how common child laborers are in Chinese clothing factories and the black market chain behind this phenomena. After going viral, it has led to discussions on whether there should be a change in regulations regarding underage work and the aftermath.

In a dimly lit room Nike Air Max Plus TN Ultra White , a group of workers were busy toiling at their sewing machines. Their heads were bowed, their fingers busy untangling threads, fixing zippers or stapling buttons onto shirts.
The workers at the factory all had immature faces. Some had dyed hair, some skinny arms and some had light fuzz growing on their chins. Most of the workers were in fact teenagers; many were under 16, the legal minimum age of employment in China.
This scene was revealed in a recent clip by online news portal Pear Video Nike Air Max TN Black Blue Men's , in which two reporters went undercover in a factory in Changshu, East China's Jiangsu Province to shoot footage and interviews with workers, employers and agents to reveal a vast network of black market deals that stretches across half the country.

Black market chain
Starting in September, videographers Han and Zhou went around factories in Changshu trying to get a job.
Changshu is a city of clothing manufacturers. In every corner of the city Nike Air Max TN Women's Pink White , you can find a small workshop that has just a few machines and workers in a rented house.
They eventually chose a workshop that made jackets and had lots of young-looking faces among its staff. It was a three-story house and the boss rented two of the floors, one for work and one as a dormitory. Han's job was to sew buttons on jackets every day and his partner was Xiaoxiong (pseudonym), a 15-year-old boy of Miao ethnicity, who had already worked there for over six months.
There were about 20 workers in the factory, three of them were 15 Men's Nike Air Max TN Black Red , the rest were between 16 to 18 years old.
If the pair didn't work there themselves, they never would've imagined how difficult this job could be, Zhou wrote in a story published in Pear Video's WeChat account. Han lived in a 10-person dormitory that had no bathroom. If he needed to relieve himself, he had to walk to the public toilet in the village. There was no hot water to shower.
According to the video, they got up at 7:30 am every day Nike Air Max Plus Classic Men's Grey Red , started working as soon as they finish brushing their teeth and didn't stop till late in the night, doing a total of more than 15 hours of work every day.
