BUENOS AIRES， June 22 (Xinhua) -- Argentine President Mauricio Macri congratulated soccer player Lionel Messi for his goal during Tuesday's match against the United States and also for becoming the top goalscorer in the history of Argentina's national team.

TOKYO, Sept. 27 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a preliminary magnitude of 6.0 struck off northeastern Japan's Iwate prefecture at 5:22 a.m. local time (GMT 2022 Tuesday) Mens Nike Air Presto Essential Green UK , Japan Meteorological Agency said on Wednesday.


The temblor was centered off the shore of Iwate prefecture, with the epicenter at a latitude of 40.3 degrees north and a longitude of 142.5 degrees east and at depth of 30 km.

GUANGZHOU, Nov. 6 (Xinhua) -- Chinese police have arrested seven suspects for making explosives and planning to detonate them to cause turmoil in a "shadow army" farce.


The case dates back to March when police in south China's Guangdong Province received online tip-offs of a person trying to start a "shadow army" via social-networking platforms in order to carry out sabotage activities, police said.


Ensuing investigations identified the person as 41-year-old Xiang Fengxuan, who had been in jail for five years for theft and had "far greater political ambitions" than the laundry service he opened after his jail time.
